This 30 qt floor stand mixer from Vollrath is designed specifically for small commercial mixing applications. The consistent mixing speeds are maintained regardless of the volume in the bowl due to the direct drive transmission system. The powerful 1 air cooled motor with 3 fixed speeds makes short work on mixing applications. The direct drive 300% gear driven transmission will operate smoothly even under pressure. The #12 hub for meat grinding offers flexibility between grinding and mixing. All the gears and shafts are made of heat treated alloy steel.
