Vollrath 40744 Description
The Vollrath 40744 bench-style meat grinder includes a sausage stuffer and feed stick. For sturdiness, its worm gear, body, cylinder, and ring are constructed of stainless steel, and its pan, grinding head, and attachment can be run through the dishwasher. So it can grind meat to different consistencies, this unit is supplied with grinder plates that measure 1⁄8 inch and 5⁄16 inch. With a strong product tray and 2 1⁄4-inch-diameter food chute, this machine can output 528 pounds of ground meat in an hour.
