Vollrath 40738 Description
The stainless and aluminized construction of this Vollrath 40738 Cayenne® gas hotplate expedites cleaning and resists corrosion. The 6-burner plate simplifies preparing various foods, sauces, and stews in a relatively small footprint. For consistent cooking results, the heavy-duty, painted cast iron grates distribute heat evenly to the cookware above.
As food is cooked, the full-width drip pan keeps the countertop clean and users can adjust the heat knobs safely. The bull-nose front protects users from the hot edge, reducing the risk of burns. This Vollrath 40738 gas hotplate runs on natural gas and includes a convenient LP gas conversion kit.
