Vollrath 40737 Description
Ideal for restaurants, steak houses, and bars, the Vollrath 40737 Cayenne® gas hotplate provides four burners in a small, square footprint. It has powerful 26,000-BTU burners and individual, cast iron grates. Each burner is controlled with a front knob shielded by a guard, which reduces the risk of valve damage.
A bull-nose edge deflects grease away from the knobs while protecting users from the edge of the hot grates. Grease falls into a full-width tray for removal and—if it splatters to the outside—users can clean it promptly due to the body's welded seams. Constructed of stainless steel and aluminized steel, the body is durable and scratch resistant. The Vollrath 40737 gas hotplate stays level on the counter with adjustable legs.
