This 24" lava rock Cayenne charbroiler is constructed of stainless and aluminized steel with a fully welded construction to eliminate grease and dirt traps. The versatile grill plates of this Vollrath 24" lava rock charbroiler feature narrower grill surfaces on one side, with integral channels specially design to dispense excess fat, reducing smoke and flames.

Vollrath Cayenne 24" lava rock charbroilers are built solid! The flip side features flatter, wider grill surfaces, ideal for fish and more delicate items. The angled adaptor bars enable the grill plates to be angled away from heat for slower cooking. This directs grease to minimize flare-ups. The superior stainless steel burner design allows for better heat distribution and faster recovery. The burners of this 24" stainless steel charbroiler are placed every 24" inches for optimum heat distribution. The heavy duty gas valves ensure long life and the heavy duty adjustable legs ensure stability. The cool to the touch bullnose design protects the user from burners and keeps cooks comfortable. As an added guarantee to the quality of this Vollrath 24" lava rock charbroiler, all metal knobs are used and knob guards protect the gas valves from damage and they won't break or crack and are guaranteed for life!
