Vollrath 407292 Description
Constructed of welded aluminized steel and stainless steel, the Vollrath 407292 Cayenne® charbroiler is durable for high-volume use. It has an 18-inch grilling surface with a burner every 6 inches. The grill plates can be angled with adaptor bars to slow cook meats or reversed for ideal grill marks. One side offers wide grill marks—which work great for delicate products such as fish—while the other side offers narrow brands, draining the product of excess grease.
A bull-nose front edge extends past the knobs, protecting them from grease. To facilitate cleaning, the housing is welded and free of seams where dirt and food can be trapped. This Vollrath 407292 charbroiler is intended for a natural gas connection and comes with a conversion kit for LP gas.
