Vollrath 40723 Description
The Vollrath 40723 Cayenne® gas griddle's fully welded, aluminized stainless steel construction is built for long-lasting use and will resist rusting and scratching. Its custom U-shaped burners operate at 28,000 BTU for even heat and optimized efficiency. Thermostatic controls regulate the cooking process to make sure product like steaks or sausage links turn out just right, and food and grease have less places to collect due to the griddle’s welded plate seams. This unit provides operators with an effective means to prepare food in a safe way.
