Vollrath GGMDM-36 Description
The Vollrath GGMDT-36 gas griddle is made of durable stainless steel and has a compact design for use on countertops in limited space. The griddle measures 35 9⁄10 inches wide by 27 3⁄8 inches deep by 12 inches high and sits on legs that can be adjusted from 4 to 5 1⁄2 inches high. The griddle is equipped with a polished stainless steel plate that is 3⁄4 of an inch thick and features three U-shaped burners beneath.
The burners on the Vollrath GGMDT-36 gas griddle are spaced 12 inches apart for even heating and consistent cooking results. The cooking surface measures 35 7⁄10 inches wide by 20 1⁄2 inches deep. The griddle is set up for use with natural gas, but it ships with a conversion kit to enable the unit to use propane. Its temperature is controlled using the metal knobs on the front of the unit, and the front piece remains cool to protect the user from burns. The griddle has a removable, stainless steel drip pan to collect extra grease during cooking.
