Vollrath 40720 Description
The Vollrath 40720 Cayenne® gas griddle provides a 12-inch heating area per control knob that is heated by U-shaped, stainless steel burners. Its anodized steel and stainless steel body is fully welded, adding durability. Welded seams on the 3⁄4-inch-thick plate keep crumbs and grease from collecting in crevices. The controls are manual for swift setup.
