Ideal for use in steak houses, restaurants, coffee shops, clubs and pubs this manual control 24" griddle is perfect for any establishment that wants to expand their menu. The welded stainless and aluminized steel construction is great for easy cleaning and low maintenance. The 3/4" polished steel griddle plate provides even heating and will retain its smooth surface for years to come. The heavy duty brass valves of this 24" flat top griddle from are secure and efficient. A 3/4NPT gas inlet is included. The extended burners of this 24" stainless steel griddle allow for better heat distribution and fast recovery. Boasting a total of 56000 BTU, this 24" gas griddle packs a great deal of cooking power into a compact design. A conversion kit is included so that you can use this 24" griddle with either natural gas or liquid propane.
