Vollrath 402NC Description
Shredding quarter heads of lettuce into strips for garnishing and topping sandwiches, the Vollrath 402NC Lettuce King® I lettuce cutter makes 3⁄8-inch slices. Versatile for different applications, it can also shred cooked chicken and slice cucumbers and cantaloupe. Made of stainless steel and aluminum, the body is durable and resistant to corrosion. Its base is wide for stability and has rubber feet to prevent slipping.
