Lights mounted on the Vollrath 3893160 Affordable Portable™ utility station's breath guard improve food presentations on the unit's seamless stainless steel top. The clear acrylic breath guard has a buffet-style configuration, enabling customers to access both sides of the unit. Extra napkins, plates, bowls, condiments, and flatware can be stored in its open base, which is made of 20-gauge carbon steel clad in walnut woodgrain brown vinyl. For simple maneuvering, this 60-inch-wide by 39 1⁄2-inch-deep by 59-inch-high unit is secured on four 4-inch casters.
