To improve sanitation and food presentation, the Vollrath 3893060 Affordable Portable™ utility station has a clear, buffet-style breath guard with lights. Precooked foods can be displayed on the unit's work surface, which is made of seamless, corrosion-resistant stainless steel to preserve its original appearance over time. The solid carbon steel base is clad in walnut woodgrain brown vinyl to match common decors. Because this station is meant to be moved, it's mounted on four 4-inch swivel casters, two of which brake for stabilization. Designed for large displays, this unit measures 60 inches wide by 39 1⁄2 inches deep by 59 inches high.
