Vollrath 38930 Description
For smooth maneuvering, this Vollrath 38930 Affordable Portable™ utility station is mounted on four 4-inch swivel casters—two can brake for stability. Its work surface is made of seamless stainless steel to display prepared foods, while the solid base has a durable carbon steel construction to withstand impacts. To protect foods from contaminants, a buffet-style breath guard is built into both sides of the unit; it's transparent, so it doesn't obstruct the view of food. Ideal for large catering events and cafeterias, this station is 60 inches wide by 39 1⁄2 inches deep by 59 inches high.
