The Vollrath 3892846 Affordable Portable™ utility station's workspace is made of seamless stainless steel, while its walnut woodgrain brown base is constructed of vinyl-clad, 20-gauge carbon steel. Both metals resist corrosion and withstand high-volume use for longevity. Designed for self-serve applications, the unit's sides are protected from airborne particulates by a buffet-style breath guard; lights built into the guard improve food presentation. To streamline maneuvering, this 46-inch-wide by 39 1⁄2-inch-deep by 59-inch-high station is furnished with 4-inch casters, and sliding doors enclose the storage base.
