The seamless top of the Vollrath 3872660 mobile food bar can be used to hold a variety of products without the buildup of crumbs and bacteria. The durable stainless steel construction can be wiped cleaned, and to further suit this unit for high-volume use, the base is made of strong carbon steel. It’s built with lights that illuminate displayed product and a breath guard that protects food from potential contamination. To hold a range of supplies, it also includes a storage base with sliding doors.
