Vollrath 38726 Description
The Vollrath 38726 mobile food bar has a seamless top that can be wiped clean. It’s made of stainless steel—a material that resists rusting and corroding— and its base is made of carbon steel to add strength for long-term use. Positioned on 4-inch casters, this unit can be relocated and repositioned as needed. Food placed on its top is protected from contamination by a buffet-style breath guard, and the unit’s storage base is enclosed with sliding doors to prevent items from falling out during transport.
