Vollrath 3870660 Description
Great for self-service, the Vollrath 3870660 mobile food bar includes a buffet-style breath guard that protects product from airborne contaminants. It can be wheeled between rooms on its 4-inch casters, two of which brake to stabilize the unit while food is retrieved. Made of stainless steel, the top is durable for commercial use and seamless to prevent crumbs from gathering in any gaps. To add strength, the base is made of 20-gauge carbon steel.
