The Vollrath 3870246 Affordable Portable™ utility station is a great choice for extending or creating a small buffet line. It's wide enough for three full-size pans and includes a lighting system to illuminate merchandise. A buffet-style breath guard protects food from germs and bacteria, while an open storage space provides a shelf for plates and other equipment. The food bar gains its mobility from four casters affixed to the bottom, two of which have locks to keep it in place.
