ServeWell Hot Food Table, 3 Well, 300 Series Stainless Steel

3 well hot food table. Includes a standard plate shelf and cutting board. Thermostatic controls automatically adjust for water temperature and food volume changes to reduce waste. Each well is equipped with a drain valve, eliminating the need for spillage pans. Dome elements transfer energy directly into the water bath so heat is not wasted through vents or by beating the exterior. One piece thermostat will act as insulation and concentrates the heat into the water bath, not to the exterior surfaces. Stainless steel construction resists stains and corrosion better than the competitor's standard painted finish. Each well will accept full size or fractional pans to 6 inch deep, and can be used with standard adapter plates and insets for flexibility.
