Vollrath 38003 Description

With three corrosion-resistant resin wells that accommodate full-size or fractional pans up to 4-inches deep, Vollrath's ServeWell® hot food station is ideal for serving daily specials at your small cafeteria or adding some extra dishes to your restaurant's existing buffet. A built-in plate shelf allows you to store dishes for quick serving. Individual thermostat controls on this hot food bar give you control over the temperatures of individual food pans. An indicator light alerts you when water is low and food volume changes to reduce product loss. Each well has a drain valve for convenient maintenance.

Each well is equipped with a drain valve, eliminating the need for spillage pans. Dome elements transfer energy directly into the water bath so heat is not wasted through vents or by beating the exterior. One piece thermostat will act as insulation and concentrates the heat into the water bath, not to the exterior surfaces. Stainless steel construction resists stains and corrosion better than the competitor's standard painted finish. Each well will accept full size or fractional pans to 6 inch deep, and can be used with standard adapter plates and insets for flexibility.
