Vollrath 3717C Description
The 17 3⁄4-inch diameter of this Vollrath 3717C Centurion® Jacob's Pride® cookware cover is sized to fit on a 3118 stock pot, 3212 sauce pot, or 3328 braising pot. Because it has a domed shape, this cover enables moisture to condensate and fall back into the cooking food. Durable and resistant to rusting, it's made of easy-to-clean stainless steel. Designed with a spot-welded attachment, the handle won't break off easily.
