Vollrath 3706C Description
The Vollrath 3706C Centurion® Jacob's Pride® cookware cover has a 6 1⁄2-inch diameter, fitting atop a 3601 sauté pan or 3702 sauce pan. Because it has a domed design, it enables moisture to condensate and drip back into food. It's made of stainless steel—a durable material that resists rusting and streamlines cleaning. For strength that supports heavy-duty use, the handle is mounted with spot welds.
