The Vollrath 37046 cold food station from the Signature Server® series is built to integrate into serving lines while maintaining chilled conditions for cold food display in buffet and cafeteria settings. Its refrigerated design features a recessed stainless steel well that positions pans below the work surface for organized presentation, while surrounding sidewall coils support consistent cooling. A stainless steel top helps contain spills, and the enclosed base provides storage while supporting modular configurations for front-of-house operations.
