The Vollrath 37045 cold food station from the Signature Server® series is designed to integrate into serving lines while maintaining chilled conditions for cold food display in buffet and cafeteria settings. Its refrigerated configuration features a deep stainless steel well sized to hold three full-size pans, supporting organized presentation of salads, toppings, and chilled items. A stainless steel top helps contain spills, while the enclosed base provides storage and supports modular configurations for front-of-house operations.
