Vollrath 37013 Description
The Vollrath 37013 Signature Server® cold food bar features a refrigerated surface designed to hold chilled foods for self-service applications. Its stainless steel top includes a 1-inch turndown on all sides and a recessed drip trough with a drain to manage condensation during operation. Refrigeration coils are secured beneath the work surface, and polyurethane foam insulation is applied over the coils to help maintain consistent cold temperatures across the frost top. Built with a stainless steel unibody base and finished with black laminate panels, this counter supports mobile use with installed swivel-plate casters equipped with brakes. A pull-out ball valve drain simplifies draining, while the enclosed base houses the refrigeration components.
