Vollrath 36660 Description
The Vollrath 36660 drop-in cold well measures 88 1⁄4 inches long by 18 inches wide by 17 15⁄16 inches high. This large-scale well is 8 inches deep for accommodating ice cubes to keep displayed consumables cool, and it's polyurethane foam insulated to maintain its cool temperature. Accommodating a four-pan capacity, it's great for serving pasta, chicken, and tuna salads. In addition to its valuable space, it's made of 18/8 grade stainless steel that provides both durability and corrosion resistance.
Great for maintaining salad bar visuals, this Vollrath 36660 drop-in cooler is equipped with a drip-resistant flange that contains spills and any additional condensation. This unit is great for busy self-service buffets because of its flexibility in use and resilient build.
