Vollrath 36654 Description
The Vollrath 36654 drop-in cold well helps save energy and is operated with its ice cooling feature instead of a refrigeration system. This well is 8 inches deep—made to accommodate high volumes of ice to maintain its cold temperature. For further assistance, its body is insulated with polyurethane foam to keep cold temperatures and maintain food quality over time. This freestanding unit can accommodate two full-size pans for displaying pasta, potato, and chicken salad.
Pans are elevated with the Vollrath 36654 cold well's top-mounted, drop-in capability and supported by an 18/8 stainless steel construction that provides high-quality corrosion resistance and durability. To encourage fast-paced cleaning after service, it comes equipped with a 1-inch integral drain and drip-resistant flange.
