The Vollrath 36452 drop-in cold well offers optimal support for high-traffic self-service eateries. This unit has an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing and 18-gauge 304 stainless steel well interior for impressive corrosion resistance and heightened durability. For additional usefulness, this 8-inch-deep cold well can accommodate four full-size pans to hold cold pastas, salads, and coleslaw. To maintain food quality overtime, it's non-refrigerated—instead relying on its ice-cooled design. Fully insulated with polyurethane foam, it keeps food cold for lasting periods.
