Vollrath 36448R Description
Designed with a simple slot-in design and supported with a series of latches, the Vollrath 36448R drop-in refrigerator keeps high-demand products close at hand when placed inside a 80 1⁄2-inch by 25 1⁄4-inch countertop cutout. It holds six pans of food, and its polyurethane insulation maintains generated chill for four hours.
The Vollrath 36488R pan refrigerator is equipped with copper tubing for thermostat control, and it should be attached to a remote compressor (sold separately). For durability, it's constructed of 18-gauge galvanized steel and 18/8 stainless steel, and to reduce kitchen sills and cross contamination, it's rimmed with a full-perimeter drip edge.
