Vollrath 36444R Description
The Vollrath 36444R pan refrigerator unit has a polyurethane-insulated body to maintain generated temperatures—great for holding cold foods. This 8-inch-deep well holds 4 pans at a time and fits a countertop cutout of 54 inches by 25 1⁄4 inches. The interior well has a durable stainless steel construction crafted with nickel and chromium, while its housing is made of galvanized steel. The spill-resistant rim reduces liquid messes and cross contamination. To regulate temperatures, the Vollrath 36444R cold pan drop-in refrigerator has a series of copper tubes connected to an operator-provided thermostat.
