Vollrath 36438R Description
Meant for dropping into a countertop cutout, the Vollrath 36438R drop in refrigerator has a 6 5⁄8-inch-deep well and enough room to hold six pans of food and ice. Its 18/8 stainless steel well and 18-gauge galvanized steel exterior housing gives it greater resistance to damage caused by scratching, staining, and extreme temperatures. Beneath the frame is a layer of polyurethane foam and copper tubing designed to preserve chill and control the unit's temperature.
The Vollrath 36438R cold wall pan refrigerator is meant for use with a remote compressor in order to hold ideal temperatures and keep products cold. This unit is designed to be dropped into a countertop cutout measuring 80 1⁄2 inches by 25 1⁄4 inches, and its spill-resistant edge keeps liquids inside and reduces workplace accidents.
