Vollrath 36436R Description
The Vollrath 36436R drop-in refrigerator pan uses a polyurethane insulation system paired with a copper thermostat control system to keep products chilled and within staff's reach. It has a depth of 6 5⁄8 inches, large enough for five 12-inch by 20-inch pans and ice to hold the contents at an ideal temperature range. Its internal mechanics are designed to be chilled using a remote compressor (not included), and its whole body is shielded by its 18-gauge galvanized steel exterior housing.
The Vollrath 36436 cold wall refrigerator pan is meant to be dropped into a countertop cutout sized 67 1⁄4 inches by 25 1⁄4 inches. To protect against accidents caused by slick surfaces, the unit is framed with a drip-resistant edge that holds water in and reduces spillage.
