The Vollrath 36143 Signature Server® non-refrigerated cold food bar is a mobile serving unit designed for holding chilled foods with the use of ice in self-service environments. Its three full-size pan capacity is supported by a stainless steel top well measuring 19 7⁄8 inches by 37 1⁄2 inches with an 8-inch depth, and the pitched design promotes efficient drainage during operation. An enclosed base houses the structure, while the modular configuration enables this unit to pair with other stations in buffet lines or serving setups.
