Vollrath 36112 Description
The Vollrath 36112 Signature Server® frost top serving station features a 20-inch by 34-inch stainless steel surface that keeps chilled foods properly presented in self-service environments. Refrigeration coils mounted beneath the work surface are paired with polyurethane foam insulation to retain cold temperatures across the frost top. A 1-inch-wide drip trough surrounds the serving area and directs moisture to an integrated drain, helping maintain a clean workspace. The enclosed base supports the refrigeration system, while casters enable mobility for repositioning in buffet or serving line setups.
