Vollrath 3604 Description
The Vollrath 304 Centurion® saute pan’s handle is welded in place and made of stainless steel so the user can maintain a sturdy grip on the pan during use. Waterproof, hollow, and airtight, this handle is uninsulated, so it can become hot during use. The 9 1⁄2-inch-diameter pan holds as many as 4 1⁄2 quarts, providing ample space to stir fry, poach, and brown foods. Made of stainless steel, the pan resists discoloration over time to ensure a sleek look and resilient composition. The bottom of the pan is aluminum clad, so it heats up quickly and cooks foods uniformly. Overall, this pan has a 3 3⁄4-inch height.
