Vollrath 32100 Description
The Vollrath 32100 Super Pan® cover features a flat, rectangular shape with a notched edge to accommodate utensils while protecting pan contents. Measuring 20 4⁄5 inches long by 12 7⁄10 inches wide by 7⁄8 inch high, it fits securely on all full-size Super Pan 3® plastic and stainless steel pans. This clear lid is constructed of low-temp polycarbonate to prevent breakage in chilled prep and storage.
