This Centurion Induction stock pot from Vollrath has a 14" diameter and generous 38-qt. size, which makes it ideal for preparing soup stock, cooking pasta, cooking bulky vegetables like corn or artichokes, or for steaming or boiling lobsters. This stock pot has a 18-10 stainless steel construction that is impervious to acidic foods and will not pit, discolor, or carry over flavors. Its aluminum clad bottom provides a quick, even heat distribution, for consistent results every time you cook. A thin bottom wafer of stainless steel prevents denting and scratching. This Vollrath stock pot's cover is sold separately.
