The Vollrath 3100320 Super Pan® Super Shape Wild third-size steam table pan has a unique curved edge that coordinates with other similarly shaped pans to create an upscale buffet presentation. It holds 2.6 quarts of product and has a shallow depth of 2 1⁄2 inches. Because of its stainless steel construction and reinforced edges, this pan survives impacts and frequent use without showing signs of wear.
