The Vollrath 20400 Super Pan V® steam pan false bottom holds food inside a quarter-size steam table pan to enable draining with its 3⁄8-inch perforations. It's equipped with finger holes to facilitate removal, and it's made of 300-series stainless steel to provide durability and corrosion resistance. This quarter-size unit measures 7 1⁄8 inches wide by 3 3⁄4 inches deep by 9⁄16 inch high.
