Vollrath 20028 Description
The Vollrath 20028 Super Pan V® wire grate can be placed inside a steam table pan to provide ventilation for products that require airflow to remain crispy, such as fried chicken and french fries. Because it is a grate, liquid can drain through it down into the table pan, reducing food sogginess. Made of stainless steel, this durable grate holds up well against rust, corrosion, and scratching from utensils.

"on the Vollrath web site it shows these are made in the usa but this came made in China, same part number and everything. If i knew that i would have not bought them. Cost of shipping them back wasn't worth the trouble"
