With its 8 3⁄16-inch diameter and 3-inch height, this Vollrath 19194 adapter plate ring is designed for use with Vollrath 19192, 19188, and 19198 adapter plates. It helps secure a Vollrath 78184 vegetable inset in place when it's inserted into an adapter plate. To withstand long-term use, it's made of stainless steel—a durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant metal.
