This Vollrath 19193 adapter plate's 4 7⁄8-inch opening accommodates a Vollrath 78154 2 1⁄2-quart vegetable inset, while its two 6 3⁄8-inch openings accept Vollrath 78164 4 1⁄8-quart vegetable insets. By securing the insets in place on a food bar, it improves presentation and helps prevent the pans from toppling during self-service applications. Overall, this stainless steel plate measures 20 3⁄4 inches wide by 12 3⁄4 inches deep.
