This blade easily cuts through food without bruising or squishing it, ensuring that you serve your customers a quality product. If your original blade assembly has gotten dull or you want to start cutting food into wedges, this assembly is significantly faster than cutting by hand so it increases production. The assembly fits on the Redco® Lettuce King® IV cutter.
