Vollrath 15022 Description
The Vollrath 15022 Redco® Instacut™ wedger's eight-section wedger blade can be removed and replaced with a dicer or corer blade, and its thermoset blade is resistant to corrosion and will not need adjustments. This unit is not intended for cutting hard root vegetables and can be installed on a wall to save counter space.
