Pitco BNB-SSH60/75 Description
The Pitco BNB-SSH60/75 bread and batter cabinet has a recessed pan that holds fish, chicken, and other breaded foods to drain or store until they are cooked, while a drain screen beneath the pan catches food particles and crumbs. When positioned beside a Pitco SSH60/75 fryer, employees can bread products in one unit and immediately transfer them to the other for cooking. The fryer and batter cabinet are designed to be the same size.
Suiting it for high-volume use, the Pitco BNB-SSH60/75 bread and batter cabinet has a stainless steel front, sides, and door and aluminized steel back for durability. For convenience, a storage shelf provides space to hold breading within reach. Because it's mounted on 9-inch legs, employees can sweep under this unit to keep the floor clean.
