Pitco BNB-SG14 Description
The Pitco BNB-SG14 Solstice™ bread and batter dump station has a draining and holding area so fried foods can drain and stay warm before serving. For ease of cleaning, its drain screen and basket hanger are both removable, and it is mounted on 9-inch-tall legs. It also has a bottom shelf that stores tools, ingredients, and more during cooking.
