Pitco BNB-SE18 Description
Offering a place for operators to bread chicken tenders, onion rings, and other foods for frying, the Pitco BNB-SE18 bread and batter cabinet is designed to sit beside the SE18 electric fryer. As employees work to bread food, its recessed pan has plenty of room to hold product, and its bottom-located shelf provides a place for batter and equipment to be stored within arm's reach. Keeping the equipment flush and tidy in the kitchen, the unit matches the size of the fryer
To facilitate cleaning, the Pitco BNB-SE18 bread and batter cabinet has a removable basket holder and drain screen. For cleaning the floor underneath the unit, it sits on 9-inch legs, which can be adjusted to elevate the unit to a comfortable working height. Ensuring durability, the front, sides, and door are made of stainless steel, and the back is aluminized steel.
