Pitco 65C+SLP Description

This commercial fryer is constructed with a welded stainless steel tank that features an extra smooth peened finish to ensure easy cleaning. The long lasting, high temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles are mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency.

The standing pilot light of this liquid propane commercial fryer is designed to provide a ready flame when heat is required. The cabinet front and door are constructed of stainless steel with galvanized sides and back. The thermostat maintains selected temperature automatically between 200 to 400 degrees. The integrated gas control valve acts as a manual and pilot valve, automatic pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator, and automatic main valve. The temperature limit switch safely shuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds the upper limit, for the best in fryer safety. Two nickel plated oblong wire mesh baskets and one nickel plated tube rack are included for lasting durability and high quality frying. The 6" legs are adjustable which allows you to stream line your commercial fryer with the rest of your cook line. The tank holds an amazing 55-80 lbs of oil and is able to fry 85 lb of French fries in an hour!
