Pitco 45C+SNG Description
Give your kitchen the gift of highly quality frying at an exceptional value with this Pitco commercial floor fryer with a 42-50 lb oil capacity! This commercial floor fryer utilizes natural gas for efficient and even heating every time. The design of this natural gas floor fryer makes it highly durable and provides the owner with a reduction in maintenance. The tank is constructed of welded stainless steel with galvanized sides and back. The long, lasting high temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles are mounted in the exchanger tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. The thermostat maintains a temperature between 200-400 degrees and the integrated gas control valve acts as a manual and pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator and automatic main valve. The temperature limit automatically shuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds 450/410 degrees.
This commercial natural gas floor fryer features complimentary and handy accessories to help get you get started frying chicken, fish and fries right away! Included with this floor fryer are two nickel plated oblong wire mesh baskets, one nickel plated tube rack, one drain line clean out rod, and one drain extension. The 6" adjustable legs allow you to streamline this natural gas floor fryer with the rest of your cookline or adjust it for a comfortable work height.
With all these features you can easily cook 85 lbs of fries in one hour and start seeing a return on your investment before you know it!
