Groen (2)SSB-10EF Description
The Groen (2)SSB-10EF SmartSteam100™ electric steamer has two separate compartments that together hold (20) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch pans. Durable, rust-resistant stainless steel makes up unit, and the field-reversible doors accommodate user needs while hands-free latches ensure the door remains closed. For cleaning, the stainless steel pan support racks remove, and a condensate tray under each door catches liquid.
With a boilerless design, the Groen (2)SSB-10EF floor-model convection steamer uses auto-drain and auto-fill options to simplify operation. Side-mounted blowers distribute steam evenly, and electrically heated reservoirs supply each compartment with steam that cooks food at a temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Ready lights indicate when the cabinets are ready for food, and electric timers provide continuous and timed steaming.
