Handles are built onto both sides of the American Metalcraft PWK19 pizza knife to facilitate double-handed use. This unit utilizes a rocking motion to cut pizza into smaller slices. Constructed of stainless steel, it's resilient and rust resistant. Because its handles are made of wood, the knife cannot be cleaned in a dishmachine. Overall, this unit is 18 inches long.
